DaVida Papayo Natural is a rare Colombian specialty coffee from El Origen Farms in QuindÃo, produced by David Bedoya, a fifth-generation coffee producer.
This Papayo natural combines botanical complexity with a careful fermentation approach. The cherries are selected, fermented anaerobically for 120 hours, then slowly sun-dried and stabilized before export. The result is a clean, elegant and deeply expressive natural coffee with a creamy texture and a long sweet finish.
Cup profile: complex, sweet and elegant. Expect brown sugar, chocolate and caramel in the aroma, followed by peach, black tea and cacao in the cup, with subtle berry and almond notes in the aftertaste.
Technical details: producer David Bedoya · El Origen Farms · QuindÃo, Colombia · Papayo · natural process with 120-hour anaerobic fermentation · SCA 87 · medium-low citrus acidity · creamy, honey-sweet body.
Brew suitability: ideal for specialty coffee drinkers looking for a limited, expressive and clean Colombian natural coffee. Recommended for V60, filter coffee, AeroPress and modern espresso recipes. This coffee is available only in 250g bags with all standard grind options.
