Inza Cauca Washed is a Colombian community lot produced by 10 smallholders in Inzá, Cauca, one of Colombia’s most distinctive high-altitude coffee regions. Mountain-grown cherries, mineral-rich soils and careful washed processing result in a cup with clarity, sweetness and structure.
Cup profile: aromas of red fruits and caramel; flavors of chocolate, honey, yellow fruit and light florals; medium citrus acidity; medium body.
Technical details: varieties Caturra and Colombia · washed process · 12–36 hours fermentation · 1,600–1,850 masl · SCA 85.5 · medium roast.
Brew suitability: versatile for espresso and filter. Expect a sweet, balanced espresso and a clean, approachable cup on V60, batch brew or AeroPress.
