Inza Cauca Washed is a Colombian community lot produced by 10 smallholders in Inzá, Cauca, one of Colombia’s most distinctive high-altitude coffee regions. Mountain-grown cherries, mineral-rich soils and careful washed processing result in a cup with clarity, sweetness and structure.

Cup profile: aromas of red fruits and caramel; flavors of chocolate, honey, yellow fruit and light florals; medium citrus acidity; medium body.
