El Girasol Semi-Washed is a structured and creamy Colombian specialty coffee from Quindío. Produced by Robinson Ortiz, this lot combines Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties with a semi-washed process that builds sweetness, body and a fruit-forward finish.
Cup profile: almond and brown sugar aromatics with intense caramel; flavors of chocolate, almond, red apple, orange and orange blossom; juicy citrus acidity; full, creamy body.
