Propus AMAR comes from Finca La Esperanza in Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia, and is produced by Hertson Bernal.
This Colombian specialty coffee is a Cenicafé 1 variety grown at 1,800 m.a.s.l. and processed as DF Washed, a modern washed-fermented process that includes selective hand-picking, ripeness sorting, prefermentation, pulping, aerobic fermentation for 72 to 95 hours, washing and outdoor drying.
Cup profile: fruit-forward, sweet and elegant. Expect passion fruit as the primary flavour note, supported by redcurrant, honey, orange, black tea, red grape and a soft buttery sweetness. The cup shows high clarity, clean sweetness and a structured acidity that makes it especially attractive for filter brewing.
