La Maria Castillo Natural is a single-farm Colombian specialty coffee from Cundinamarca. Built around Castillo and a natural process, this coffee delivers a sweeter, rounder profile than a classic washed lot while keeping the cup clean and composed.

Cup profile: brown sugar and chocolate at the core, supported by ripe red-fruit sweetness, soft cocoa tones and a gentle citrus lift. Medium body with a rounded finish.

Technical details: Castillo · natural process · Farm La Maria · Cundinamarca, Colombia · approximately 1,900 masl · medium roast.

Brew suitability: excellent for espresso, Moka Pot and richer filter brews when you want sweetness, body and lower perceived sharpness.
