Propus ANA comes from Finca La Esperanza in Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia, and is produced by Hertson Bernal.

This Colombian specialty coffee is a Cenicafé 1 variety grown at 1,800 m.a.s.l. and processed as DF Washed, a modern washed-fermented process that includes selective hand-picking, ripeness sorting, prefermentation, pulping, aerobic fermentation for 72 to 95 hours, washing and outdoor drying.

Cup profile: bright, sweet and expressive. Expect orange as the main flavour note, supported by mandarin, peach, blackberry, panela, hibiscus, light caramel and dark chocolate. The cup shows clean sweetness, citrus clarity and a balanced fruity structure that makes it especially attractive for filter brewing.
